Provide Concession Stands, Portables and Liquor Bars with the necessary goods and services required to service SAP Center Guests as well as the successful delivery of products to Premium Services and Culinary Department(s). Knowledge of Food and Beverage products and the ability to order goods and services required. Knowledge of inventory controls as it relates to chargeable items, non-chargeable alcoholic beverages. Knowledge and execution of Food Safety as it relates to our HACCP program and how it relates to the receiving and the delivery of products. This is an Event based position that will also include non-event days. Duties include directly overseeing work needed prior to an event, during and after events. Administrative and computer skills a must - duties required as well as a good working knowledge of Inventory systems for transferring product and ability to learn and adapt to an ever changing environment. Provide direction to 15 to 30 employees that work before and during events as well as give direction on closing duties of all events. Conduct and/or participate in pre-shift meetings, teach safety and hold employees accountable through proper documentation, coaching and counseling. Communicate with Managers and fellow Supervisors on critical information needed to run a successful event. This position will include desk work, but is not considered a position that exclusively chair-bound. Directly responsible for cleanliness and organization of all Warehouse storage and work areas – Walk-ins, Dry Storage, Equipment, Liquor Room, Receiving and Loading Dock. Responsible for Waste Management as it relates post-event food products – proper storage and refrigeration for next day transfers to outside vendors. Directly responsible for securing the Warehouse at the end of an events/shifts.

Primarily a 3:00pm to 11:00pm / 4:00pm to 12:00am shift during events. Non-event days may vary, but usually 8:00am to 4:00pm. Weekly hours range from 30-50 hours depending on the event schedule and Hockey Season. Shifts are 6 – 12 hours.
Schedules are Event and Non-Event Day driven.
Mainly PM Shifts as well as weekends / holidays included.
You will be required to wear the uniform provided by SAP Center and place a uniform deposit.
You must be 18 years or older and able to walk, stand, bend, climb stairs and lift between 10 and 30 pounds. Forklift / Electric Pallet Jack Certificate not required, but helpful. Food Safety certificate a must.
